B izkaia is still one of the few places in the world where you can find 15 Michelin stars within a radius of less than 50 kilometers.

At the last awards ceremony of the famous gastronomic guide, Txispa, the Basque-Japanese restaurant in Axpe, the genuine heart of the Durangesado region, joined the Biscayan constellation, which is growing under the guidance of Tetsuro Maeda, an outstanding pupil of the great magician of the grill, Bittor Arginzoniz.


