The ‘Vermouth of the city of Bilbao’

A unique and totally innovative drink that blends Cinzano rosso vermouth, orange peel, Aperol, txakoli, a few drops of Venezuelan rum and a few drops of angostura. This is Gogoa, the official vermouth of Biblao 2023, winner among 110 participants.
“Complex but balanced, bitter, sweet, spicy and fresh” is how expert and judge Giuseppe Santamaría describes it, one of the world’s best cocktail makers and director of the Campari Academy in Spain.

In the VIII edition of the contest were finalists such as Morrocotuda, Bar La Dehesa, Kutuna Taberna, Café Bar Las Torres, Café Bahía.
She won the competition for bartenders specialising in this type of cocktail organised by Cinzano and Bilbao Centro
