X edition of “the vermouth of the city” of Bilbao

The 10th edition of BilbaoCentro’s’el vermut de la ciudad’ route, sponsored by Cinzano, will take place between 22 May and 8 June.
The competition offers the opportunity to enjoy the proposals of the locals participating in the route, offering unique and authentic creations.
The winner of this 10th edition will receive the ‘Official Vermouth of the City 2025’ emblem.
The vermouth recipes on the route must be based on Cinzano vermouth, combined with other local ingredients that will surprise and delight the palate with every sip. To complete the preparations, each bar will also offer a paired tapa that represents the unique flavours of Bilbao.
