They take care of the product and the customer, and add originality. “We have grown up behind a bar, we have seen our relatives working as waiters while we walked between dining rooms and kitchens living our childhood dreams inside a restaurant. We have travelled and studied the trade outside Spain, in the USA, where we were born”, they say.
