Inaz Fernández redefined luxury when he opened El Puertito in 2013. He chose number 9, García de Rivero street in Bilbao, in the city’s most atmospheric area, next to Licenciado Poza street.

He decided to source the freshest oysters directly from farms in France, Holland, Ireland, Spain and Portugal. He also assembled a great team.

At El Puertito, you can enjoy these delicacies accompanied by txakoli, albariño or any other fine wine.

Love for oysters, with a full range of varieties that can be ordered by the unit, is the key to the success of a formula that has spread to Madrid (P.º del Gral. Martínez Campos, 42 – Chamberí). The restaurant also provides catering services for private events.

Oysters are no longer a luxury. But they continue to be a pleasure.
