Ein Prosit, on the corner of Plaza del Ensanche and Henao, has been running for more than a quarter of a century.
Born in Bilbao to German parents, the Thate brothers opened the tavern they had always dreamed of, which went on to become the city’s most famous charcuterie. They serve sausages, sauerkraut, cured meats of all kinds, pork knuckle and potato salad. And lots of beer. Bavarian.
HB. Excellent stuff. But above all, it’s the atmosphere. It’s Oktoberfest every day!
