Bilbao Fashion Week 2025

Bilbao Fashion Week consolidates Bilbao as a fashion benchmark in northern Spain. The event, held at the Euskalduna Conference Center, showcased the talent of emerging designers and local brands. Fashion shows, workshops, and urban activities made this event a great showcase for winter trends.

The latest edition of Bilbao Fashion Week, promoted by Bilbao City Council and the BilbaoCentro
retailers’ association, reinforced Bilbao’s position as a creative and commercial benchmark for fashion in northern Spain.

In addition to fashion shows, Fashion Week featured workshops, panel discussions, showcase exhibitions and urban activities in iconic locations around the city.

One of the hallmarks of this edition was the presence of emerging designers and local brands in the shop windows of Bilbao. Young talents such as Asier Quintana, Marta Reparaz, Igone Cabrerizo and Janire Olano showcased their creations for ten days in boutiques located at strategic points in the city centre.

In this edition, the Plaza del Funicular and the Artxanda viewpoint were transformed into an urban catwalk where local retailers showcased their winter fashion collections.

The highlight of the week was the fashion show at the Euskalduna Bilbao Conference Centre. The event brought together industry professionals, designers, models and cultural agents.

More than twenty fashion lines presented by Bilbao shops were showcased on the catwalk, in what has become one of the most awaited events on the local fashion calendar.

During the ceremony, the Mayor of Bilbao, Juan Mari Aburto, and representatives from BilbaoCentro presented the 6th Villa de Bilbao Fashion Award to Bilbao-based designer Alberto Etxebarrieta, founder of the Sinpatron fashion label.
