Bar La Olla in Bilbao

Out of the thirty participants who started three weeks earlier, a dozen competed in the final, which took place at the Ilunion Bilbao hotel.

They presented their idea, prepared the pintxo and explained their choice of txakoli to match it.

The jury of professionals selected by Bilbao Centro delivered the following verdict::

• First prize and winner of the competition: La Olla (Diputación, 12)
• Runner-up: Bar Joserra (Indautxu, 4)
• Bilbon prize for the most fluid and elaborate presentation: Olagarro (Rodríguez Arias, 64)

The BilbaoCentro business group is a non-profit association that integrates businesses, hotels and tourist and service companies located in Abando, the central district of Bilbao.

The association has 600 members.
